As I was parked in front of a WiFi HotSpot uploading my blog post and checking email and such, I looked out of my car window and saw I had a little buddy sitting on my driver's side mirror! Of course, I had to get an image. Problem was my window was up, it was dark outside, and I didn't want to scare him off. I decided to move slowly, go for my Leica D-Lux4 in my laptop bag, take a few through the window using the built-in flash, then once I had something in the camera, try to ease the widow down and get a closer shot. He sat there for a while and let me take several images before he got flash blinded and peaced. I was a little bit of a gift, his visit, and I was glad I was prepared!
