If you have never heard the expression that a bad day playing softball is better then a good day at work, it's because it is not true! Thursday was a difficult day for the team which was hampered by both injuries, abscences, and errors. They gamely fought on to the bitter end, and when it was over, they were not bitter about it, but I know they have had more fun outings. Getting beaten when you are playing well is bad, but they seemed a little out of sync, which is worse. I am sure they will use it as fuel to come back stronger, and when they are back to full strength and motivated, they can be fearsome!
