While I was posting the last few posts this morning, I saw a kitten climbing up a tree. Curious as to why this would be, I investigated further and saw they were sitting in a bird's nest, having dispatched the former occupants and fed upon their bodies. A little while later the mother returned to find her children slaughtered. Needless to say, she was upset. Her anguish was as palpable as a human mother's, and I decided that her story must be told; Documented so that others may know of her tragedy, that her cries of loss not fall on deaf ears!
Before you comment, "aw, how cute!" Imagine how much momma bird loved her children and sacrificed that they may grow up strong and fly free, a future that was sacrificed for lunch! Still, a kitten has got to eat, I guess, but who cries for the momma birds?
You should start a new theme: Cute animals doing dispicable things!
