Chair Repair

The arm of the armchair in my living room was badly in need of repair, the fabric had split. I have looked at ti for a while and decided to do something about it. I took the closest match thread I had (which was a sturdy thread made for jeans, and repaired it as best as I could by hand. I am no seamstress, but it does not look as bad as it did. from a distance it looks pretty good (or so I tell l myself!).

It took an hour of my time, but I am pleased with the results.
