Iskender!

Dinner was Iskender with all the trimmings: a nice lentil soup, salad and dessert. And at the place where I was first introduced to it. A very good day!

 These are spices for the soup. One is crushed red pepper and the other two I forget!

 Even the bread looked cool!

 The out hot pan drippings on the food after they serve it to you. I cannot imagine this happening in America, but maybe it should!
