Lake Wheeler + Holga

I took these at Lake Wheeler with the Holga and Fuji NPH 400 film. It has a kind of dreamy and impercise feel to the images. And the flock of seagulls were a nice addition as well!

Tucker + Holga

So I took some pictures of Tucker with a Holga and Ilford HP5+ film. Holgas are plastic, medium format, roll-film cameras. I shot a little bit of medium format film recently and had it processed and scanned. So I decided to post them more or less as they came out of the camera because I think you get a better feel for how good a job I did taking the pictures that way! I hope you enjoy them!

The Holga! also because I took these several years ago. I dug them up because they are examples usung a Holga, a plastic, medium format camera, known for it's vignetting, light leaks, and soft images. Might sound like everything you try to avoid, and yet. it has it's charm. The portraits were shot with the aid of an external flash, and knowing how to read the manual scale on the back, and later models have a built in flash. I then scanned the negatives (and the prints for the outdoors shots) and voila! Holga goodness!
