Pork loin in a tandori yogurt sauce.

Not strictly a traditional indian dish (I should have marinated the meat and slow cooked it, but a man gets hungry!

After a challenging day, I wanted to cook something new to take my mind in a favorable direction.

So... Not traditional, but still yummy!
