But I learned a lot!
One of my goals for the day was to replace the starter in my honda element. It went bad a few weeks ago (so it's good I have two cars). I was hoping to save $$$ and learn something as well. I worked on it for about 3 hours, and could not get the intake manifold out to reach the starter, so I decided to go back the way I came and get a pro to look at it next week or so.
These pics are my "breadcrumbs" that I used to put it back together. (And my now dirty yellow shirt.
Still, no shame in failure, at least I tried!
