Here are some images from the show that I took in black and white with my Leica Dlux4 at Deep South on Friday night. It's a great little point and shoot that produces images on par with fullsized DSLR's, and black and white for a rock band in a bar? Forget about it!

One25 at Deep South Pre-show

One25 was playing friday night at Deep South, a downtown Raleigh Bar after the celebration of the Raleigh Amphitheater. The celebration wa a victim of inclement weather, but One25 played as scheduled. Here are some images of the band (and the sound guy)relaxing and getting ready before the show got underway.

And the winner is......

Takedown! They beat One25 by .0001 on the meter (or so the rumor goes) but there were no losers that night. All the bands were awesome and everyone had a great time! Carolina Ale House was a great host and 96Rock put together a great show! Personally, I had a great time! Much love to everyone that was there!

FYI I used the Leica M8 with the 50mm Summicron throughout to preserve the ambient lighting!

One25 gave an inspired performance. Inspired by their legion of fans and well wishers! I think it was their best show ever!I only regret it was so short, but there had to be time for everyone, and sharing means caring!
