More gear for Beijing

here is some more of the gear that I am considering for my trip:

My camcorder and digital audio recorder

My Bronica RF645 medium format film rangefinder camera with the 65mmand the 45mm lens

My Canon 5D with 24-105mm/F4, 70-200mm/F4, and 40mm lenses.  Not sure I would need the 70-200 though.

and a couple of compacts (film and digital) :)

Istanbul B&W with a Konica

I took these images with my Konica Auto S3, a compact rangefinder film camera that I brought with me to Istanbul, and Ilford FP4 film. It is a great deal of fun to shoot and the images are very good as well. It is a little unusual in that you can set the shutter speed, but not the depth of field. I have had this camera for many years, but only recently began to use it. Actually, I lost it in my house for a decade or so. Ironically I was cleaning up and put it in a bin out of the way and forgot where it was. Still, it is none the worse for being lost, judge for yourself!

Konica Auto S3

I took these with a Konica Auto S3 that I acquired several years ago, but have not had a chance to shoot before. The meter was a little off because the battery I used was not exactly the same as the original and I did not compensate properly by adjusting the film speed. I complicated things by shoot a roll of expired Ilford Dia 200 slide film which, being slide film , is not that forgiving and ended up with thin negatives that were almost impossible to scan. Anyway here is the best I could make of them the first one is at the Princess Islands and the others are near the statue of Fuzuli from the earlier post.  Very impressionistic, but not quite what I was aiming for.
